Civil Engineers:

According to the latest study an average of 2,500 job openings for Civil engineers are predicted in the next five years. Industries which provide employment to civil engineers will generate around 1,000 jobs every year. Around 1500 jobs will be replaced with retired workers due to more age of civil engineers.

Mechanical Engineers:

A total of 2,100 new job openings are estimated to take place every year for mechanical engineers for next five years. Around 1,270 of these job openings will be replaced over the five years.

Electrical and Electronics Engineers:

A overall of 1,800 new job openings are expected for Electrical and electronics engineers in the next five years period among which 1,200 jobs will be open to replace retiring workforce.

Computer Engineers:

A total of 800 new job openings are predicted for computer engineers every year for next five years. Quebec and Ontario has more demand of computer engineers as most of these jobs located in these two provinces only.

Chemical Engineers:

As per the study a total of 400 new job openings will be created each year for next five years for chemical engineers. Canadian universities targets to grant 1,300 degrees in chemic engineering to make sure to generate new graduates for a solid flow in the occupation.
